The following general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website www.motosdeaguaestepona.com (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”) and the seller, which is SOLJETSKI, an individual company located at C/El Campanario Bloque 7 b-b, 29688 Estepona, Málaga, Spain.

Placing Your Order

You must be of legal age to place an order on our website and must provide a valid email address. This will be the main communication channel for order notifications. Order acceptance will be confirmed by email. If not accepted, we will try to contact you.

Service Availability

SOLJETSKI will do its best to meet customer demand, although services are subject to availability. If we cannot provide the contracted service, we will offer alternatives of equal or greater value. If you do not accept them, any paid amount will be refunded.

Delivery and Execution Times

SOLJETSKI is committed to delivering the contracted services with the highest possible diligence. Delivery times depend on the quantity and complexity of the services. If changes are necessary, the client will be informed and may opt for a new date or full refund.

Payment Methods

We accept VISA or Mastercard credit or debit cards. SOLJETSKI reserves the right to modify payment methods without liability to the user. For already placed orders, we will notify the customer and offer the option to cancel if desired.

Payments are processed in real time via a secure gateway with SSL encryption. Card data is not stored and is managed directly by the financial institution. Payment must be authorized by the issuing entity.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in cases of force majeure, not for simple customer preference. To request a return, contact us via email providing your personal details, order number, reason, and date of return. We will confirm receipt and, if applicable, refund the amount within 15 days using the original payment method.

Warranty of Purchased Services

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, SOLJETSKI is liable for any lack of conformity within two years of delivery. Notification must be made within two months from the moment it is discovered. SOLJETSKI will cover the return costs if applicable.

Liability and Disclaimer

Images and texts have an informative character. SOLJETSKI‘s liability is limited to the purchase price of the service and does not cover indirect damages, business losses, or loss of profits. In cases of force majeure, strikes, or service interruptions, SOLJETSKI shall not be held liable for non-compliance.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. In case of legal disputes, the parties shall submit to the courts of Málaga, waiving any other jurisdiction.
